The ABB MS132‑25 is a compact manual motor starter / motor protection circuit breaker designed for manual control and protection of electric motors in industrial, commercial, and automation applications. It combines manual ON/OFF switching with electromagnetic and thermal overload protection in a single unit, allowing reliable motor protection without the need for external fuses. The device features an adjustable current setting, trip‑free mechanism, clear ON/OFF/TRIP indication, and a rotary handle that can be padlock‑locked in the OFF position for safety during maintenance. It also includes phase‑loss sensitivity, temperature compensation for accurate operation in varying environments, and compatibility with a range of accessories such as auxiliary contacts, signalling contacts, undervoltage releases and shunt trips.
